3D conformer generator

Generate coordinates from SMILES in the browser

Choose ETKDG v3, ETKDG v2, or KDG to generate one 3D conformer from SMILES. Adding explicit hydrogens is recommended for all-atom geometry. Generation runs locally in single-threaded WebAssembly, and the resulting structure can be exported as SDF V3000 or PDB.
